Ecstatic Yoga, Sacred Embodiment offers a whole harmonious hatha teacher training twice a year. For 2025 the training is a 12 week online training in the Spring (March-May) and Fall (Sept-Nov). Offering both live online and recorded lessons, practices and meetings. A registered school with the Yoga Alliance.

Become a competent and confident yoga instructor, develop a deeper connection to your subtle body, and develop a deeper sense of empowerment and self love.  We plan to offer in person again in Costa Rica and Lave Hot Springs in 2027.  Grace has been practicing and studying yoga since 1990.
