Stay True To Yourself

Stand tall, be proud to be true to yourself, be straight, powerful and clear as you live your truth and shine your authenticity to all, everywhere. Shine your light… even if the whole world doesn’t agree. Every human being and soul has a completely unique purpose and vibrational frequency to share with the world… shine that light bright always!

Your job is to love and care for yourself first, and just like if you were caring for a child, you protect the child’s best interest, you put the child’s need as a priority over others whom you are not responsible to care for. You are responsible first and foremost for yourself. To take care of your needs, to discover and acknowledge your needs, to put your best interest as a priority. To honor your truth above others, to be ok with disappointing someone or declining or even looking bad if you are honoring your truth.

Your truth is often not of words, it is a moment to moment knowing from your wisdom heart. It is knowing what is best for you at any moment and being brave enough to honor yourself.

​

Begin each moment getting to know yourself more deeply, spending time in stillness with yourself. Time going within feeling your Self. Time to introspect what is in your heart of hearts. If no one was looking, if there were no one to judge, if there were no right or wrong, what would you want to do with your moment, day, week, year, life? What did you love to do as a child? What do you love to do that makes you feel like a child, makes you feel alive, happy and free? You are always free to choose.

Give others the freedom to be themselves, to find their truth and purpose. Hopefully we all have differences in purpose, which is truly what makes the world go around.

​

Stay true to yourself, allowing others to be true to their own selves and remaining open to contribution from others is an empowered way of being. When following your truth, you need to be ok with accepting or declining requests… knowing your job is to be in alignment with your hearts truth and how others react is not your business.

​

Know that you can never know what is best for another… you can make suggestions from your inner wisdom, however you always encourage them to look within and allow their heart to make the final decision.

​

Mind your own business is a powerful way to live life. If I ever catch myself thinking about how I believe another person needs to change, I immediately remind myself to stay in my own business. Why abandon your own Self, the ecstasy that you can bask in, the nectar within, the awake conscious awareness that is pure love. Mind your own business and maintain a deep connection with the inner being, bask in the nectar. In this way just by being you are the most helpful to others, you provide the example of a high vibration, what is possible, and if guided to act or speak you will have the greatest wisdom to share.
